What is Massage?


Massage is a soft tissue manipulation therapy. It's useful for reliving pain through compression, vibration, friction, nerve strokes and other massage movements which are administered through the use of oil, salt glows, hot and cold packs, and other recognized forms of massage therapy. People who successfully used Massage enjoy improved overall health including; an  improved function of the circulatory, lymphatic, muscular, skeletal, and nervous systems and can be beneficial for a wide range of medical conditions including allergies, anxiety, stress, arthritis, asthma, bronchitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, pain relief, circulatory problems, depression, digestive disorders including spastic colon, constipation, diarrhea, headaches, insomnia, myofascial pain, reduced range of motion, sinusitis, sports injuries including pulled or strained muscles, strained ligaments, and temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ).
